The Ethiopian calendar is based on the Coptic calendar, and is roughly eight years behind the Gregorian calendar. Each month on the Ethiopian calendar has 30 days.

The American calendar is based on the Gregorian calendar and has 12 months of 30 or 31 days except February, which has 28 days and 29 in a Leap Year.
